Pendant in the shape of a mezuzah

of silver filigree.
A mezuzah hangs on one or more doorposts in Jewish homes and contains a parchment scroll with a reproduction of two texts from Deuteronomy.
The pendant is a symbolic representation of a "real" mezuzah and is therefore without the scroll. The reverse side reads Yerushalayim in Hebrew letters.
