Great Christian the 8th champagne flute

The Christian VIII service was first presented in Holmegaard's catalogue in 1867 and was still in the catalogue in the 1930s, but was then discontinued after being probably the most popular glass made in Denmark.
All Danish glassworks have produced the service and it is not possible to distinguish between the different works' versions.
