Bitossi penguin small size

Aldo Londi (1911 - 2003) was born in Italy and was already working with ceramics as a child. He later became the artistic director of the already famous family-owned Bitossi Studio in Montelupo. Londi created several collections of ceramics, including the Rimini blue vase shown here for Bitoss Studio. His work won international recognition and was sold in many countries outside Italy. In Denmark, Bitossi's products were (among others?) sold in Illums Bolighus. Difficult to read numbering under the bottom.
