Heart-shaped gold locket/large charm

of 15 carat gold adorned with turquoise and black enamel in a checkered pattern and inside with space for a photo or lock of hair.
Backside with chasing.
The pendant has no hallmarks but is acid tested to determine the gold content.
The pendant was probably made in England around 1900.
