When sculptor Rudolph Tegner (1873 - 1950) and his model set to work one day in 1913, they were inspired by a frog in the studio and tried to imitate its pose.

The figure is sold in the museum shop at Rudolph Tegner's Museum in North Zealand for DKK 2,200 (2024).
