Pricing and authenticity of the item
The product's specifications (e.g. age, materials and description of gemstones) are set out in the receipt.
The goods in the store are purchased based on quality, marketability and finances. I, Ira Hartogsohn, have more than 20 years of experience in purchasing and selling antiques, and it is this expertise and fingertip awareness on which the selection and assessment of the goods is based. I accept full responsibility for the authenticity of the item.
payment
In-store payments can be made with cash, Dankort, Visa-Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Vpay, Discover, JCB and Union Pay, MobilePay and bank transfer. Payment on https://hartogsohn.dk/ can be made with Visa, Visa-Dankort, MasterCard and Mobilepay or at in-store pickup. Please contact us for bank details when paying by bank transfer. The money will be deducted from the cardholder when the item is deseeded.
All amounts are in Danish kroner and the goods are sold with used VAT. Therefore, the buyer cannot deduct the purchase VAT.
Personal information
The customer must provide the address and telephone number when placing the order.
Because we understand and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet, customer/user information will not be shared with third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. We do not sell the customer's name, address, email address, credit card information or personal data to third parties without the customer's prior permission. Read more about our privacy policy here.
Delivery and collection
Items are shipped as soon as possible (no later than five business days) from the time the order is placed. Items are sent with PostNord. Larger items are shipped by carrier by appointment. Buyer pays all freight and shipping - see prices when paying in checkout.
If a buyer chooses to collect and pay for an order in the shop, this must be done within 8 days. If this is not done, the purchase is considered cancelled.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day right of return for items purchased online. The period is calculated from the day the item is received by the customer. If the buyer wishes to use his right of withdrawal, Hartogsohn Antiques will refund the full amount, including shipping costs. The cost of return is borne by the buyer, who within 14 days of receiving the item must notify that the item is to be returned.
Note! Notification of withdrawal must be made by email to the address hartogsohn@outlook.dk.
Cancellation of the purchase by refusal to receive the package is only accepted if the cancellation has been notified in writing at the same time.
The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. It is the buyer's responsibility that the item is packed so that it arrives in unscathed condition. The buyer is responsible for the goods from it is delivered until Hartogsohn Antiques has received it back. A copy of the receipt must be attached to the item.
Refund of the price of the item
When applying the right of withdrawal, the price and cost of delivery from Hartogsohn Antiques is returned to the customer.
If the item has lost value due to transport damage, utility tracks and the like, this loss is deducted from the refund to the customer.
We will pay back with the same means of payment that was used at the original payment.
Complaints
Customers have a 24-month warranty. The customer must advertise within a reasonable time – no later than 2 months after the customer has determined the error or defect.
